This “Idle times” series is based on restraints and instincts; on the other hand it is also a thought of our current “education” rules. Due to my working environment and social relationships, I have more chances to spend time with this group of students around me. For this age and this special environment, there are huge changes both physically and psychologically: anxious feelings arise from a strange internal energy. The knowledge that is gained in this period does not have enough time to be absorbed. The students memorize these “rules” in their minds at the cost of their youth. They learn to compromise.
The subjects I am photographing are the students I know, the settings are all their personal spaces and the belongings are all theirs.
